I wanted to make sure that if I did it would be valid. I wouldn't want to get involved if I might have a problem with the owner hiring an attorney to reverse the sale, or getting title insurance when I resell. I see it was postponed today, maybe now they will record a sale date. Thanks for your help and feeback. NOD was filed over a year ago.
