Trust work...

Bob,

Yes, I create trusts for people who don't want to take the one day class that enables them to do it for themselves.

But drafting 8 trusts, along with their respective transferring deeds, will cost more than double what the trust class amounts to.

The transfer of title to the various properties can be done expeditiously...with all of other paperwork to follow.

I know I could take your seminar and I probably will but in the mean time I would like to get the properites I am purchasing now in Title Holding Trusts. They are currently in a corporation.Do you see any issues this will cause
