Thus, a subsequent trustee's sale that follows a postponement is legal and done ALL the time. ----------Ward ============= : If they published notice of trustee sale date in local paper or other gave other public notice, it that legally acceptable instead of recording with county recorder. : If property goes to sale, would sale be valid?
