Oral postponements in CA...In Reply to: Trustee sale, followup posted by mike on August 05, 2010 at 4:34 PM
In CA, the postponement of a scheduled trustee's sale is always done orally. Thus, a subsequent trustee's sale that follows a postponement is legal and done ALL the time.
: If they published notice of trustee sale date in local paper or other gave other public notice, it that legally acceptable instead of recording with county recorder. : If property goes to sale, would sale be valid?
