Recorded Memorandum of Option enough to stop FC?I know any owner of record or person with a recorded lien can file BK to stop a foreclosure sale. But would an entity that has a recorded Memorandum of Option to Purchase fall into one of those categories....not an owner yet, not really a lien holder. So dont want to risk having foreclosure attorney disallow it and have their decision stand as being correct. Thanks for insight.
