: The police met us there and it worked very well. We secured the property. Its pretty trashed but I think we can handle it. I am just hoping the market doesnt drop off suddenly in the next few weeks as there may be some bad news coming in the stock market I hear.

The stock market is a casino. Don't try and correlate it with the real estate market. Apples and oranges.
