The place to get a court certified copy of the will is...the court! Find out which probate court the case was filed, go there and ask for a certified copy from the probate clerk.

This PRESUMES that , probate has, in fact, been opened and the original will lodged (filed) with court and accepted.

You need to determine that your Executor has the authority to sell the property, too.
