In in So cal. your neck of the woods (WC). I already have a copy of both Death Certificats, a copy of the will naming my seller as executor and the authorization to relaease info. Wells Fargo just sent me a letter that they need a court certified copy of the will. Thats what im not sure of how to get. The will that my seller has was just left in her mothers safe.
