Using one than more notice to build an eviction case

I gave my three-day notice to pay or quit along with the 24 hours notice of intent to enter dwelling; then waited 48 hours for scheduled entry, which was during regular hours, to make annual "safety" inspections. Both notices were served Friday after 4:00 PM. Entered the dwelling Monday morning at 9:30AM and had copies Calif. Civil Code and notices with proof of service to show cops if required to gain access. Photographed every inch of the place (with a witness in tow) documenting the current condition prior to eviction.
