: The 24 hour notice law clearly only applies to a Tenant relationship, that would mean that you have the Tenant relationship not the prior owner. That would have to be established.
: If you have done this as you have stated then you I believe are lucky. You have provided no proof of your position in the law.

further update: Resident of property filed a complaint for harrasment with local sheriff. Sheriff response to new owner we cannot enforce 24 hour notice without a directive from court.
