Court certified will

Posted by DeeCA on July 24, 2010 at 11:52 AM

I have a woman giving me a house in so cal. Her parents have both passed away. She has a will from her mother naming her as exector of all her personal, financial and realestate matters.

The mortgage compamy will not regonize her as the heir unless we get a Court Certified will. This usually wouldn't be a problem but the house is in foreclosure and the mortgage company (wells Fargo) refuses to give her the amount due so we can bring the loan current and stop the sale. Its going to sale this next week so its the time limit that i have other wise it could be worked out some other way with more time

How do i get a court certified will
