I know someone trying to do this and I think he is over the top : insane and he won't listen to reason. He keeps calling the occupants showing up : announced at the property and they have identified themselves as tenants. I told him : that any inspections would be by courtesy only. AM I INCORRECT. My understanding is : that he would need a court order to get into the property. I have not been able to find : any reference on this board to this action or anywhere in CA. Property sold on Wed this : past week so he has even recorded his Deed yet.
