I am buying foreclosures in Missouri. I want to resell some owner carries paper. I heard about a land use contract, which makes foreclosure clean and easy if it is necessary. The buyer goes on title, seller stays on title until seller is bought out. Buyer gets to move in and "use the property". But if the buyer violates the contract by non-payment they lose equity in the property and use. Thanks.... Follow Ups: Do you mean land contract?
