: Not a foreclosure question exactly, but I thought this may be a good source for info.

: I'm looking to buy several single family rental properties in Riverside, CA and need to narrow my parameters to find what I think would be a good long-term rental. I have my ideas but what do you guys think?

: sqft
: bedrooms/baths
: 1 level vs. 2
: yard size...etc?

Properties is just a products. Must match customers to the product.

I would say a good rental is one that would attract the renter you would like or have capability to manage. Who do you want as your customers or tenants? Then go get the product they want.
