I have my ideas but what do you guys think? : sqft I've never even flipped a Dingbat, but interesting nonetheless. My long term holds consist of newer build, one story, 4bed / 2 bath, 5000sq ft lot, less than 2000 sq ft homes in decent neighborhoods. I define decent as I'm comfortable picking up rent at night, everyone doesn't have bars on their windows and no weekly shootings. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
