: Not a foreclosure question exactly, but I thought this may be a good source for info.

: I'm looking to buy several single family rental properties in Riverside, CA and need to narrow my parameters to find what I think would be a good long-term rental. I have my ideas but what do you guys think?

: sqft
: bedrooms/baths
: 1 level vs. 2
: yard size...etc?

I've never even flipped a Dingbat, but interesting nonetheless. My long term holds consist of newer build, one story, 4bed / 2 bath, 5000sq ft lot, less than 2000 sq ft homes in decent neighborhoods. I define decent as I'm comfortable picking up rent at night, everyone doesn't have bars on their windows and no weekly shootings.
