Not a foreclosure question exactly, but I thought this may be a good source for info. : I'm looking to buy several single family rental properties in Riverside, CA and need to narrow my parameters to find what I think would be a good long-term rental. I have my ideas but what do you guys think? : sqft : bedrooms/baths : 1 level vs. 2 : yard size...etc?
