I apologize, I think I misunderstood your response. I think you were
referring to Ward's training as something that you took and where
he talks about this situation, and you weren't telling me to take the training
to get the answers, correct?

I reread it and realized my mistake.

: I wouldn't cure anyones mortgage unless I could delay the sale. Ward goes over this in his training. Then proceed accordingly in compliance with CC 1695
