YOU BET IT HAS BIG! I'm not just an investor but also a broker with CB and I sensed this change about a month or so ago, even at the lower end for certain properties. So, everyone simply needs to exercise some additional caution prior to buying, especially with those properties in need of considerable rehab and if a condo, check the complex ahead of time and verify if its on the approved HUD list to enable those FHA buyers into the fold as that will shorten your holding period, right now.

: Anyone noticing the re-sale of properties is slowing down? Seems like before houses were put on the market there would be multiple offers within a few days and I don't see that now. Any idea why or when it will pick back up?
