What do you know that connects one event to the other? I recall reading that people were burned as suspected witches when crops failed due to agricultural issues unrelated to suspected conjurers. Go to the side here on the left, click the link to the laws for your State, and just read them. It's straight-forward, really. I say this because you also make reference to a 90-day period. Where did you get that from? Seminar speaker? If you're in this business or planning to be in this business, you need to know the laws to stay out of trouble yourself and to be of any real service to others. Therefore, invest the time and do your homework on your basic questions rather than get heasrsay answers. You'll appreciate the tough love later.
