The prelim title report does not reflect this access. What is the best way to have the matter corrected? Our plan is to provide copies of the "Individual Grant Deed Easement" to the title co. Any other suggestions on how to best bring this up and to have it rectified? Am curious why the Title co does not pick up these deeds ...??? Thank you in advance.
