But that is not the problem, since I go in and erase everywhere on the deed were it states the amount sold until there is nothing that gives it out. The problem is that in same areas, someone is selling or providing this non disclosed information. It is true that even a non disclosure is public, but the public normally has to call the accessor and find out what the non disclosure amount is, and most people don't know, or wont go through the hassle to find that out, that is why it works on many areas.

: nondisclosure is dead in the water... it is all over the document.

: : : What County is this in? I can't imagine they are manually calling every Recorder so maybe a certain County is providing it in their data feed by accident.
