Good morning:
Fannie Mae's present pool offering, LV00710 and OH00710, has a few changes effective immediately:

Please use the attached contracts for your bidding purposes as we have made some changes to the contract
sent to you with the original offering last Thursday. Remember that a separate bid sheet and contract are required
if you're going to bid in the main pool, LV00710, and the separate OH00710 pool.

The due diligence period has been extended to 5 p.m. EDT on July 16th. All bids, paperwork and funds must be
received by Fannie Mae via the alternative_sales@fanniemae.com mailbox at this new date and time to be accepted.

The following properties have been removed from the pool and therefore should not receive a bid on your paperwork:
A100T41 Alabama
L100FX4 California
A090Z61 Georgia
A100FV9 Georgia
C090YV3 Michigan
C0911D4 Michigan
A100VYW Alabama
A100VDC North Carolina
P0905B5 Pennsylvania
D088500 Missouri
D100M91 Missouri
D08B180 Texas
D100JGX Texas

Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

: Thank you for reply. So this is for REOs only. I was hoping they deal with the Fannie and Freddie loans that are in default but haven't been foreclosed yet.

: : They sell in bulk to approved buyers. Bulk is a minimum of 6 properties. They are properties that Fannie and Freddie have already taken back (REO).
: : The properties can be any where in the USA. We were on a wild goose chase all over California. The majority of the props will be listed with realtors, so it's a
: : real game. The best ones go quickly and are yanked off the list. If you have a repair team that can travel, you might be able to score some good deals.
: : The first step is to make the contact with Freddie and Fannie as per the contact info I provided, then complete your paperwork, the process takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
: : You must have a minimum of 1.5 million to work with. You can be represented by a Realtor or an attorney, etc.

: : Good Luck.

: : Again, thanks Ward for this Forum.
