you can check all over the net. if an llc is formed basically as a protection vehicle, there is a good chance that it will fail you when you need it.
it has to have a real business purpose. most single llcs simply dont have said purpose.
laws are made. people try to circumvent these laws.
laws are made to prevent said circumvention. people try to circumvent the anti-circumvention.
on and on it goes.
