: The Realist which provides Tax info for all realtors has gotten smart and now they make the extra effort of finding out what the undisclosed amount for the transfer tax was, and this makes it possible for every realtor to find out using the mls what the purchase price on a property was, where as before it would show blank. Is this a lost war? :(

It seems to be hit and miss in San Diego. We record all of our Trustee's deeds with a Notice of Non Disclosure. Sometimes the purchase price will appear on Realist sometimes not.
