Kind of like telling us that your sitting in the right seat of a Boeing 777, all four engines are spooling up and you want us to help you release the brakes. Hopefully you're not too late, and can at least take the equity buyout portion of Ward's training. He has the EPA form post in the fillable forms section on the left however I'd be concerned about trying to do this with a partner unless they have experience to keep both of you out of trouble.
