[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ The Forum Board ] [ FAQ ] Realist getting smart...new stratagem needed Posted by gc on June 29, 2010 at 1:46 PM The Realist which provides Tax info for all realtors has gotten smart and now they make the extra effort of finding out what the undisclosed amount for the transfer tax was, and this makes it possible for every realtor to find out using the mls what the purchase price on a property was, where as before it would show blank.
