After spending too much on our attorney they finally agreed to follow the law. But, its seems to be of no use. Almost all of our re-sales are to FHA buyers and their lenders will not fund without knowing how much we paid. Seems a bit nuts but have not found a work-around for that one yet. Any ideas?
