: Tilda,

: Look at some currently recorded trustee's deeds down at the county recorder's office, that involved some third party buyers.

: You will find the exercise very informative.

: : Ward,

: : On the face of the Trustee's Deed it shows the purchase amount or "amount paid" at Trustee's Sale. Is there a way to hide that amount? Thanks

We fought and fought with our local county recorder to have them record
our deeds without the purchase price. After spending too much
on our attorney they finally agreed to follow the law.

But, its seems to be of no use. Almost all of our re-sales
are to FHA buyers and their lenders will not fund without
knowing how much we paid.

Seems a bit nuts but have not found a work-around for
that one yet.

Any ideas?
