: I recently bought a condo in CA at the TS for 158k, that had 8k in taxes, and needed 15k in repairs. 94 days after it was bought, we got an offer for 228k FHA, we are about to close, and the mortgage broker calls me to tell me that he needs to see the receipt/closing statement showing the purchase price. I am afraid that this could be a deal breaker, bu it seems to me that this shouldn't be any of his business since the 90 day rule does not apply...Any toughs?
