The temporary extension of the NOD period has to meet certain parameters. If those parameters aren't present then just the standard 3 month period applies. ----------Ward ================== : I'm a Realtor in Oceanside and was following a property in my neighborhood who had an NOD filed in late January. I thought that California has extended the time from 90 to 120 days to file the NOTS, but this home was served in 90 days and the home was already sold at the Trustee Sale. Does anyone know if it's suppossed to be 120 days still?
