In our county it is called "adult protective services". In LA county you can also dial 211 for social service references. I wonder how they could foreclose on him? Seems like "the system" dropped the ball on him. : Just picked up a property where the previous owner is over 80 and is : not all there. He doesn't appear to have any children, siblings or : friends.
