i know what i would do if i was a big bank. and i dont know that they arent doing it.

but i would simply set up a new dept called property management.

then hire people who have been property managers to run it.

then sell when the time comes.

this is what i am doing with my personal foreclosures, because it makes the most business sense.

the same sense applies to banks, just on a lot larger level.

i feel very optimistic about this, in the long term.

i have followed the ev industry for a long time. there were several times when it looked like it was coming, and didnt.

especially when the ev1s hit.

but never like today.

companies from all sorts of countries are coming out with them.

companies are gearing up to recycle the batteries.

there are leads everywhere you go.

it is gonna be substantial, in ways that i havent even thought about, and i know it is coming big - LOL.
