: : Ironically, after I posted "TS Cashed your checks and waiting for higher offer to unwind the deal" I got the trustee deed overnight this morning, recorded in the afternoon, went over to the property filled out the change of ownership form. While on the phone, the listing broker aka experienced SS NEGOCIATOR advised tenant not to disclose name, call the cops and escort me out because the deed I got it's NOT REAL!!!! Hum, tenant also told me NEGOCIATOR had given him $1,000 in advance and will give him $1,500 more when he move out this SAT, hand over the key to NEW TENANT MOVING IN!!!!!!!!! Tenant demanded $2,500 from me to move out. Are they in together or what the heck is going on? NEGOCIATOR told me to back off and call my lawyer because I am ***TRESPASSING***believe it or not. How do you deal with these people!!!!!!!!!

:
: First, let's pretend the "tenant" did accept an upfront cash offer of $1,000 from SS neg. Now he is balking on that deal...so don't trust him and do not give him even a dime, upfront.

: Second, talk to neighbors, get the guys name and address him properly when speaking with him. If he truly is "just a tenant" you can certainly talk some sense into him.

: Third, get that eviction attorney.

Yes, he is the tenant just trying to extort us and thanks for the input.
