It's been a plus for me...

Don,

It's paid off for me to go for a judgment when it seemed at the time that the defendant had nothing to execute against.

But over the years situations change and people marry, or get a good job, etc. and find out that they can't buy any real property here in San Diego County until they pay off that old judgment they owe me.

: After the eviction, we got a judgment for ex-owner's holdover rental about $4,000. Our attorney said he can record an Abstract Judgment for us for a fee. Does it worth to do it? In other way, is there a chance or situations in the future that we will be paid?
