But over the years situations change and people marry, or get a good job, etc. and find out that they can't buy any real property here in San Diego County until they pay off that old judgment they owe me. ---------Ward ================= : After the eviction, we got a judgment for ex-owner's holdover rental about $4,000. Our attorney said he can record an Abstract Judgment for us for a fee. Does it worth to do it?
