30 day foreclosure period for FHA loan properties?

Posted by Robert Dake on June 17, 2010 at 10:12 AM

For California, a title rep just told me that the foreclosure period can be 30 days and then 5 days to vacate the property, on FHA mortgaged properties...(?)

Are there any circumstances in California where the time frame for foreclosure can differ from the 3 months and 21 days I am used to, regardless of type of mortgage on the property?

Thanks in advance for any input.
