Foreclosure Research Sites

If there is a foreclosure research site that charges a subscription to look into the title and post upcoming auctions, and if they also have a service where they will bid on your behalf for a fee, is this a conflict of interest to the subscribers that rely on this information to do research to bid on thier own? I have noticed that a lot of the big hitters dont seem to use these types of sites, but I guess rather do all of thier own research.
