Buying a California "subjet to" with tenants ?Bought a house subject to existing liens. The house currently has non-paying tenants. These tenants have been there and have been decent payers for last ten years. They stopped paying when the NOTS was posted on their door. They are now six weeks behind. Can a three-day notice to pay or quit be served and legally enforced for all back rents (by the new owner)? Thanks in advance. Follow Ups:
