The disparity between the retail/mls market and the auction market is flipped in many parts of LA and OC. In fact, I'm considering buying properties on the MLS and selling them at the TD auctions for a profit. Can I sell through the TD Auction by choice as a Free and Clear owner, or do I have to create a Friendly TD, etc? Follow Ups: Getting retail via the trustee's sale routine...
