So, I keep calling the Trustee many times since then they say that "Can't send the deed because we are still waiting for B of A to release the clearance???" Take your money and 3 weeks later STILL WAITING!!!! Can we sue them for bleach of contract? Anyone's been through this before? Can we do something or they will keep doing that to us. Any suggestions! : Recon trust did same to us and allowed the existing short sale to close and would not provide TDUS and would not give explanation other than it should not have beed taken to sale. That's Recon because they think we are investors can't do anything to them so they can keep slapping us whenever they want ha? Perhaps, if they slap enough many of us then we can start a class action or something someday?
