: Mason,

: You might see a real estate attorney with experience concerning title issues and have them write a letter demanding your Trustee's Deed pronto.

: If you're still waiting more than 10 days after that then sue for Specific Performance.

Hi Ward,

Good to hear from you, and thanks for the advice. Somebody just has to make them pays so these people don't do that to other.
Will keep you guys post? I am calling a lawyer tomorrow, any good one out there?

Mason

: : TS 05/26/10 got the highest bid paid your money and they refunded the excess but holding the Trustee Deed because the property was on the MLS for sale at that time, and listing broker called me on 05/28/10 saying B of A has agreed to unwind the deal. So, I keep calling the Trustee many times since then they say that "Can't send the deed because we are still waiting for B of A to release the clearance???" Take your money and 3 weeks later STILL WAITING!!!! Can we sue them for bleach of contract? Anyone's been through this before? Can we do something or they will keep doing that to us. Any suggestions!
