So, I keep calling the Trustee many times since then they say that "Can't send the deed because we are still waiting for B of A to release the clearance???" Take your money and 3 weeks later STILL WAITING!!!! Can we sue them for bleach of contract? Anyone's been through this before? Can we do something or they will keep doing that to us. Any suggestions!
