The only thing the big hitters can do with more money than you...is buy more. You don't need to focus on "drop bids" to buy one with good margins. You just need to be ready to compete on as many as possible. THAT's the holy grail! If you can figure that out there's still a gold mine in trustees sales even in this market. Ward knows best...and as he says, do the research. I won't give out my stats because, on this forum, they will be disputed by too many that haven't done the homework and work from feel or hunches. But, the research & facts have convinced me there are still an abundance of great trustee sales deals in ALL Southern Calif counties. Hard work, persistence, and patience pay off.
