Thanks for your response. I think there is a certain amount of money you need to have avail, probably tens of millions of dollars in order to bid on these sudden drop bids and to statistically know that you will come out ahead most of the time. I dont think people
with less money can do this, they have to prepare each bid individually which can take quite a bit of time.
I was looking at your posted ARM reset graph and it does look like there are many more adjustable loans that will be reset in the next 2 years.
