We gather the monthly foreclosure data regarding the recorded Notices of Default and Trustee's Deeds and post here on this site. If you look at our current year-to-date totals (see "Foreclosure Statistics" in the left-hand yellow column) you will see that we are trailing behind last year's numbers. -----------Ward ==================== : Does anyone things things are slowing down at the trustee sales or are we going to see another wave of foreclosures? I noticed the drop bids are getting harder to come by and many times they will show up suddently during the auction. This doenst give me time to perpare a bid, I dont get why they do that.
