Here in San Diego County we don't have to guess what's happening at the trustee sales. We gather the monthly foreclosure data regarding the recorded Notices of Default and Trustee's Deeds and post here on this site.

If you look at our current year-to-date totals (see "Foreclosure Statistics" in the left-hand yellow column) you will see that we are trailing behind last year's numbers.

: Does anyone things things are slowing down at the trustee sales or are we going to see another wave of foreclosures? I noticed the drop bids are getting harder to come by and many times they will show up suddently during the auction. This doenst give me time to perpare a bid, I dont get why they do that.
