Thank you for reply. So this is for REOs only. I was hoping they deal with the Fannie and Freddie loans that are in default but haven't been foreclosed yet.

: They sell in bulk to approved buyers. Bulk is a minimum of 6 properties. They are properties that Fannie and Freddie have already taken back (REO).
: The properties can be any where in the USA. We were on a wild goose chase all over California. The majority of the props will be listed with realtors, so it's a
: real game. The best ones go quickly and are yanked off the list. If you have a repair team that can travel, you might be able to score some good deals.
: The first step is to make the contact with Freddie and Fannie as per the contact info I provided, then complete your paperwork, the process takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
: You must have a minimum of 1.5 million to work with. You can be represented by a Realtor or an attorney, etc.
