Bulk is a minimum of 6 properties. They are properties that Fannie and Freddie have already taken back (REO). The properties can be any where in the USA. We were on a wild goose chase all over California. The majority of the props will be listed with realtors, so it's a real game. The best ones go quickly and are yanked off the list. If you have a repair team that can travel, you might be able to score some good deals. The first step is to make the contact with Freddie and Fannie as per the contact info I provided, then complete your paperwork, the process takes about 4 to 6 weeks. You must have a minimum of 1.5 million to work with. You can be represented by a Realtor or an attorney, etc. Good Luck. Again, thanks Ward for this Forum.
