We have been waiting 3 weeks for a $10K refund and they keep giving us the run-around, whereas Recon Trust had our check to us within 7 days(they mailed it ahead of the Trustee Deed). Thanks. Swan yes, cal western is the worst with everything, getting trusteed deeds and refunds, and reinstating loans with them.
