Identify 10 properties and expect results for yourself and your designated bidder? I identify perhaps 125-150 properties a week in hopes of buying something. I purchased one this week in San Diego after 3 grueling weeks of identifying properties due to the auction environment we are presently in, most of the time we cannot cherry pick a few properties to purchase. I only offer you this because those of us in this business full time all the time go thru an awful lot to be successful. What works for one guy may not work for another. Anyway you can get to your goal is OK. (lots of ways to profit from a lemonade stand, make up your own!) Good luck.
