We have been waiting 3 weeks for a $10K refund and they keep giving us the run-around, whereas Recon Trust had our check to us within 7 days(they mailed it ahead of the Trustee Deed). Thanks. Swan Today was day 14 and Recontrust mailed the deed out today. I requested overnighting at my expense (I gave them my Fedex account #) They ignored it and I will receive it Wednesday by 7pm, so that I can record Thursday. (The holiday doesn't help.) I told the rep that they are not a mail-order shop selling chewing gum, and that such a delay can have consequences.
