Identify 10 properties and expect results for yourself and your designated bidder? I identify perhaps 125-150 properties a week in hopes of buying something. I purchased one this week in San Diego after 3 grueling weeks of identifying properties due to the auction environment we are presently in, most of the time we cannot cherry pick a few properties to purchase. I only offer you this because those of us in this business full time all the time go thru an awful lot to be successful.
