[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ The Forum Board ] [ FAQ ] Trustee Deed and Refund Delays Posted by Swan on May 28, 2010 at 9:19 PM Has anyone else here experienced delays in receiving refunds and Trustee Deed(s) from CAL-WESTERN Reconveyance Corp? We have been waiting 3 weeks for a $10K refund and they keep giving us the run-around, whereas Recon Trust had our check to us within 7 days(they mailed it ahead of the Trustee Deed). Thanks.
