Didn't work so I evicted. They lost, sheriff lock out date was set/posted and the day before the lockout they filed BK. Put the lockout on hold, called the sheriff's office and was told it is stanard operating procedure to cancel the lock out and they will do it ever time under these circumstances. I had to then hire a different attorney to go into BK court and get relief of stay. Mean while, feeling froggy I paid a ugly nasty looking dude 100 bucks a day to park in front of the house and sit on the hood of his car and just watch them. After two days they packed up and left. Can't say for certain the guy in front of their house did the trick 100% but I like to think it helped them give up the fight. They left before the second attorney had to go to court. I like that idea, give the creeps some of their own medicine! I can't Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
